FOREVER FUND
Your gift will support rescue operations and will be invested into future operations. One-third of your gift will go directly toward an upcoming rescue mission. The remaining two-thirds of your gift will be invested to create a lasting legacy of support.
For example, if you forgo just one coffee and one cookie per month - about $9 dollars - this adds up to $108 per year. Then we’ll use $36 dollars (one third) toward rescue operations this year. Then we’ll team you up with 27 others who share your heart and this will free one person, that's fantastic!
The remaining $72 dollars (two-thirds) will be invested. We want to eradicate slavery from this world and this effort must be continuous. So two-thirds of your funds are invested so we can battle slavery into the future and end this evil for good!
By year four, the investments will start saving one person per year, just from investments. This means the investments are now doing the work of 27 people, that's huge. By year twenty-four, we’re projecting the investments to outpace the giving of our donors, which means 103 people will be saved by investments in this year compared to 96 saved by donations.
We also believe these numbers are conservative and that we'll actually raise more funds. Raising more funds will increase people being freed in the near term and of course increase the money to invest. Money invested will produce much higher results once it's given years and even decades to accumulate. Our numbers shown are low because we would rather underpromise and overdeliver.
